1. Purpose

This policy explains the behaviour and content rules for Activity Atlas. It applies to parents, individual users, providers and anyone else using the website, app or provider tools.

2. You must not

You must not use Activity Atlas to:

  • break the law or help anyone else break the law;
  • endanger anyone's safety, especially children;
  • upload, post, list, send or promote unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, hateful, abusive,

threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene or exploitative content;

  • sexualise, exploit, groom, bully, abuse or endanger a child;
  • upload or share child sexual abuse material;
  • impersonate anyone or misrepresent your authority to list an activity;
  • list activities you do not own, run, manage or have authority to represent;
  • misuse another person's personal data;
  • put children's names, contact details or private information into public reviews or public

content;

  • scrape, harvest, sell or repurpose Activity Atlas data;
  • spam users or send unsolicited marketing;
  • bypass payments, platform fees, trial limits, security controls or rate limits;
  • probe, attack, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service;
  • upload malware or harmful code;
  • list excluded activities such as bars, restaurants, discos, nightclubs, nightlife businesses or

unsafe/unlawful activities.

3. Content standards

Content you provide must be accurate, lawful, respectful and suitable for the Activity Atlas audience. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experience where attendance or use is implied.

Provider listings must accurately describe the activity, location, schedule, age suitability, price, trial terms and cancellation rules.

4. Reporting concerns

Report concerns to support@activityatlas.co.uk or through any in-product reporting option.

If a child or any person is in immediate danger, contact emergency services first.

5. What we may do

If this policy is breached, or if we reasonably believe there is a safety, legal, fraud, payment or security risk, we may:

  • remove or edit content;
  • restrict features;
  • suspend or terminate accounts;
  • hide, suspend or remove provider listings;
  • pause payouts;
  • cancel bookings or trials;
  • preserve evidence;
  • report serious matters to authorities.

We aim to act proportionately, but we may act immediately where needed to protect people, children, the service, payment systems or legal compliance.
