Terms for Parents and Individual Users

Activity Atlas is operated by mDropit Ltd, company number 16351304.

Version: 1.3 Last updated: 8 July 2026 Effective: 8 July 2026

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and mDropit Ltd ("Activity Atlas", "we", "us"). They apply when you use Activity Atlas as a parent, guardian, organiser, attendee or individual user.

By creating an account, using the website/app, saving activities, using planner features or booking an activity, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Children do not create Activity Atlas accounts.

2. What Activity Atlas does

Activity Atlas helps people discover, compare, save, plan and book activities. Activity providers use Activity Atlas to list and manage activities, schedules, trials and bookings.

Activity Atlas is a platform. Unless we clearly say otherwise, activities are delivered by independent providers, not by Activity Atlas. Providers are responsible for the activities they run, including safety, staffing, safeguarding, insurance, accuracy of listing information and delivery.

Where a provider claims a listing or uses provider tools, the provider must accept our provider terms and confirm that they own, run, manage or are authorised to list the activity, that their activity information is accurate and current, and that they are responsible for safe and lawful delivery. We may rely on those confirmations rather than checking every provider upfront. A claimed or provider-managed listing is not an independent verification by Activity Atlas unless a specific Activity Atlas trust marker says so. If you report wrong information or a concern, we may investigate, ask the provider for evidence, update or hide the listing, restrict provider tools, or remove the listing where appropriate.

Some map results are limited public listings based on publicly available information. A limited public listing is not a claim that the venue or provider has joined Activity Atlas, been checked by us, or been endorsed by us. Before attending or relying on a limited public listing, contact the venue or provider directly to confirm that the activity exists, is suitable, safe and available, and that the schedule, price, age range and safeguarding arrangements are correct. If information looks wrong, outdated or inappropriate, please report it to us. We may investigate, update, hide or remove the listing.

3. Your account

You agree to:

  • give accurate account information;
  • keep your login details secure;
  • tell us promptly if you think your account has been compromised;
  • use the service lawfully and respectfully;
  • make sure you have permission for any information you add about another person.

You can delete your account from settings where available.

4. Adding participants, including children

You may add participants to your planner. A participant can be a child, dependent, adult or someone else you organise activities for.

When you add a participant, you confirm that you have permission to manage planner information for that participant. If a participant is a child or dependent, you confirm that you are their parent, guardian or otherwise authorised.

Please add as little information as possible. A name or initials are optional and are designed to stay on your own device/browser. Do not add sensitive information unless it is genuinely needed for an activity.

5. Planner, saved activities and reminders

Planner and reminder features are provided to help you organise activities. App notifications and reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for checking activity times, locations, cancellations and provider instructions.

Provider details, schedules and availability can change.

If a provider lists an activity you already planned, we may suggest connecting the two. Connecting is optional. If you accept, you receive that provider's service updates (such as cancellations or time changes) for the item, and you can keep your own chosen time. The provider only ever sees anonymous totals, never who you are. You can disconnect or turn updates off at any time.

Reminders are per-device. Signing out turns off the reminders and alarms scheduled on that device — your planner itself stays in your account — and reminders need to be re-saved after you sign back in.

6. Bookings and trials

When you book an activity, you enter into a contract for that activity with the provider. Activity Atlas facilitates the booking and payment.

Providers set activity details, prices, eligibility, cancellation rules and safety requirements. You must read the details shown at checkout.

Trials may be limited to one trial per participant per programme. We may refuse, cancel or restrict trial claims that appear to bypass this rule, including repeated account deletion or re-registration intended to obtain extra trials.

7. Payments

Prices are shown before payment.

Activity bookings on the website/app are processed using Stripe where paid booking is available. Parent Plus subscriptions bought in the iPhone app are processed by Apple. Parent Plus subscriptions bought on the website are processed using Stripe.

We do not store card numbers.

8. Parent Plus subscription

Parent Plus is optional. The price, renewal period and included features are shown before purchase.

If Parent Plus includes a free trial or introductory period, that trial belongs to the shared family planner group or membership group, not to each invited family member, email address, Apple ID, device or payment owner. Inviting family members, accepting an invitation, changing the planner owner, or moving payment responsibility does not create a new free trial, restart a trial or extend the trial period.

If planner ownership or payment responsibility moves to another family member, any remaining trial days transfer with the existing family planner group and continue from the original trial start and end dates. The new planner owner or payment owner takes over the existing Parent Plus trial or membership state. We may refuse, end, reverse or investigate Parent Plus trial access where we reasonably believe accounts, invitations, owner changes, payment methods, devices or app installs are being used to repeatedly restart the same trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid period, unless the purchase terms say otherwise.

If you bought through Apple, manage cancellation and refund requests through your Apple account and Apple's refund process. If you bought through the website, manage cancellation through your Activity Atlas account where available or contact support.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and in the provider terms shown at checkout.

For dated activities, the provider's cancellation policy shown at checkout normally applies. If a provider cancels an activity or it does not go ahead, we will help arrange the appropriate refund.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

10. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not:

  • misuse another person's personal data;
  • put children's personal data into public reviews or content;
  • post unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading or unsafe content;
  • disrupt or attack the service;
  • misuse trials, bookings, refunds or payment flows.

11. Reviews and content

If you post a review or other content, it must be honest, lawful and based on genuine experience where the review implies attendance or use. Do not include children's names, contact details or other private information in public content.

You give us permission to host, display and moderate content you submit in connection with Activity Atlas. We may remove content that breaks these terms or our policies.

12. Suspending or ending access

We may suspend, restrict or end your access if you materially breach these terms, misuse the service, create a safety or legal risk, or if we must do so for security, legal or safeguarding reasons. We will act proportionately where possible.

13. Our responsibility

We provide the platform with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Activity providers are responsible for their own activities. We are not responsible for a provider's acts or omissions, except where the law says otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, our total liability to you for paid Activity Atlas services is limited to the greater of GBP 100 or the amount you paid us directly for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Apple App Store

This section applies when you use our iPhone app downloaded from the Apple App Store.

  • These terms are an agreement between you and mDropit Ltd, not Apple. Apple is not responsible

for the app or its content, and Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it.

  • Your licence to use the app is a non-transferable licence to run it on Apple devices that you own

or control, as permitted by the App Store terms of service.

  • If the app fails to meet an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund any

price you paid for the app itself (the app is free to download). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app.

  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app — for example product

liability claims, claims that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, or claims that the app infringes someone else's intellectual property rights. Please direct those to us using the contact details below.

  • Purchases made inside the iPhone app (such as Parent Plus) are processed by Apple and follow

Apple's payment and refund terms — see section 9.

  • You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a relevant government embargo and

that you are not on any applicable government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it

against you.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes, we will notify you in a reasonable way and may ask you to accept the new version.

16. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights to bring a claim in your home UK nation.
